Returns 

We do not offer refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you within 14 days of receiving it, we would be happy to exchange it (via post or in-store) for something else, or offer you store credit toward your next order, once we receive and process your item(s).

Any returned items must be in its original packaging, and be in a re-saleable condition. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

To start an exchange, request store credit, or report a faulty/defective item, please send us an email at online@gamesandthings.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot process your request.

Please note: All postage costs for returns & exchanges must be covered by the customer. Please do not mail us anything before first getting in touch at online@gamesandthings.com.au.
