Due to COVID-19, we are working closely with with our delivery partners to get your orders out safely. This means there could be delays of up to 2 weeks. While most orders will arrive earlier, we want to be upfront about what to expect. We’ll let you know when these timeframes start to get back to normal.

We do not offer refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you within 14 days of receiving it, we would be happy to exchange it (via post or in-store) for something else, or offer you store credit toward your next order, once we receive and process your item(s).
Any returned items must be in its original packaging, and be in a re-saleable condition. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
To start an exchange, request store credit, or report a faulty/defective item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot process your request.
